To our techs,
We all know there are times when even the best-of-the-best need some guidance. When those times come, our amazing tech support team is set and ready to help. When a technician calls for one of our TSR’s we mainly get requests for the Fernandos (yes we have three), Brett, or the one and only Lee Irwin.
Most of you have at some point crossed paths with Lee –The man with the thick country accent, who loves to carry a conversation, connects with you on a personal level, and is willing to help out with any questions you may have.
Lee Irwin, a real country soul in Rolland, is well known for two things: being very helpful, and being very loud (we like to say you can hear Lee coming from a mile away). Lee is a veteran in the locksmith industry with more than 12 years field experience, and we have been very lucky to have him for 3 years and counting. Recently, Lee became part of the Pod, where he handles a full store re-keys and aids his team members with anything they need.
Here are some of the things his teammates had to say about him:
“At just about any given time he will drop what he is working on to help someone with a question.”- Victor D.
“He’s extremely patient, easy to work with, and always willing to help. ALWAYS!!!”- Brandon A.
“Honestly, one of the most well versed persons in the company.”- Laura B.
So we asked Lee, why do you do what you do? And how is it to work at Rolland?
“I like the challenge to be able to take a store from point A and get them to point B, and have them be satisfied with my work. I like helping others. it’s just something that I was taught to do growing up. Anyone here that knows me knows that if you need help with something, or need a certain question answered, they know that they can come to me. I guess I’m an approachable type of person. I enjoy my time here, I really like the people I work with, and look forward to the challenges that lie ahead.”
We want to thank Lee for his hard work and we are very glad to have him here at Rolland, who would you like to meet next? Send us your comments at firstname.lastname@example.org
