Two of Rolland’s team members traveled from Dallas, TX to Mexico City last week to help train technicians in the Armor Series. Mike Brown and Fernando Rede were both very willing to travel and share their knowledge with our business partners south of the border. Mike and Fernando trained nearly 20 technicians how to operate and troubleshoot products in the Armor cash management series.
Mike says that “along with bringing the Armor knowledge, we wanted to bring the Rolland spirit.” The knowledge Mike and Fernando brought not only improves the service we can provide in Mexico, but also increases the work available to the trained technicians, expanding their skillset and strengthening their career. “The technicians were great. Very eager to learn. And the Rolland team in Mexico was very hospitable.” Adrianna and Jose Luis Romo, who run the Rolland in Mexico City, put on the training event.
Jose Luis Romo was quick to send his appreciation back to Dallas for the work Mike and Fernando did in training the Mexican technicians. Mike and Fernando had just as many praises for the hospitality they received from the Rolland team in Mexico. This greatly executed training seminar embodies the Rolland creed of delivering inspired service and we are proud to award Mike and Fernando the Inspired Service Award this week.
