Fearless—Susana transferred to the accounting side of the business just this year, and has really made a fearless impact in the department. She makes sure that everything is taken care of, all the way to the very end.
Customer Centric – Team “Jeta”, the dynamic duo. Jan and Greta are the voice of Rolland, directing every call that comes in to the office. They work very hard to make sure that our customer service efficiency is up to high standards.
Servant Leadership – Christina provides a backbone for the dispatch and follow up aspect of Rolland. Her expertise has led her to become a voice of wisdom, where people can go seeking advice. Christina doesn’t act like she runs the show, but her knowledge and skill are an invaluable resource to the Rolland team
Legacy—Brett has been a part of the Rolland team for several years, and his expertise and willingness to help has impacted the direction of our customer service department since the very beginning. The prestigious annual “Attitude Award” was actually created for Brett as a means of appreciating his constant happy and helpful attitude, which in its 9th year, is a legacy in itself.
